🕒 Cancellations / Rescheduling / No-Show – If a session is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or in the case of non-attendance, 50% of the session price will be charged. Failure to attend a session (“No Show”) will result in 100% of the session price to be charged. This policy is in place because such late changes leave a significant gap in the therapist’s schedule and preparation time that could otherwise have been allocated to another client requiring assistance.

Please email chrisd.counselling@gmail.com before booking with what session you would like to book and we will confirm that time with you.

Chris supports teachers, children (10+), teens, and families navigating anxiety, emotional challenges, and life transitions.
